On arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met by our staff from Himalayan Envpro Treks. After formal greetings you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Then you will be briefed about your trip. You’ll have rest of the day at leisure. You will also be issued duffel bags, down jackets and sleeping bags following a short briefing and introduction to our trek staff. At the evening there will be a welcome dinner.

We can enjoy the beautifully terraced farms, little shops by the side of the road and the raging Trishuli River on our drive to Pokhara also referred to as the ‘City of Lakes.’ From the city, we get great views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, the five peaks of Annapurna. Pokhara is also a tourist destination, so we take some time out in the evening and enjoy! Overnight in Pokhara.

We drive towards Sarangkot then to Nau Danda and stop at Kande (1.5 hrs drive). From Kande we will start our trek walking through the village of Kande about an hour’s climb to enter beautiful forest and in another hour reach beautiful campsite called Australian Camp. We check in Angel’s Home Lodge for the night. Afternoon exploration to Australian Camp hill-top and return to our lodge.

After sunrise, provided we have a clear weather, we enjoy the sunrise over the beautiful Annapurna range and Machhapuchhre. We shall have an early breakfast for a lovely day walking. From Australian Camp we enter sandalwood forest following a nice easy trail to Pothana in 20 minutes. Pothana is a small hamlet in the middle of forest with a few tea houses and Tibetan handicraft hawkers. From here the trail is wide and easy through many beautiful forests to Deurali. There are a few lodges. The main trail descends to the left and we follow the trail up on the right. A gentle climb will begin through hauntingly beautiful forest with huge trees on both sides of the trail to the ridge top. Then very easy walk through rhododendron forest to Dund Kharka. From Dund Kharka we will travel through forest to emerge at the Forest Camp called Kokar. We will stay here for the night.

After breakfast we begin to climb up for about an hour then take the right hand fork along the mountain flank and arrive at a huge campsite with a few lodges. This place is called Humal, commonly known as Low Camp. From here in March/April we will see the blooming of rhododendron flowers and magnolia flowers on the hillside. That looks like a great natural garden. From here Machhapuchhre is seen a massif triangular tower dominating the skyline.

We trek uphill alongside a ridge towards Mardi Himal and Macchhapuchhre. The tree lines start getting thinner and the area mostly consists of shrubs with isolated rhododendron bushes along the trail. If lucky, we might even come across the Daphne pheasant (national bird of Nepal) on our way to high camp. We ascend up to the high camp, which is the final destination of the day. From here the mountain views are stunning. Overnight in high camp.

On our trek to the upper viewpoint we ascend and descend, and sometimes on a steep and narrow trail. Our trail passes through pastures and we hike along a narrow ridge before reaching the Upper Viewpoint. The view of the Himalayan vista from here is astonishing. We see Mardi Himal (5587m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Baraha Shikhar (Mt. Fang) (7647m), Tent Peak (5695m), Singhachuli (6501m), Machapuchhre (6993m) and others. We trek back to the high camp for an overnight stay. It is strongly advised all trekkers to have a pair of walking sticks.

From High Camp we will retrace our path to Lower Camp where we stop for lunch. After an early lunch we descend all the way down to Siddhing for your overnight stay. Overnight in Siddhing.

From Sidhing we follow the Mardi River valley going through several villages to a long suspension bridge. We will have lunch after the bridge and then walk to Lhachok village. After Lhachok we enter Ghachok and enjoy the breathtaking view of Machapuchhre and Annapurna IV crest-line.

Today after breakfast we trek along the edge of Ghachok for half an hour then descend to the Seti River. We cross it on the suspension bridge and climb to the paddy fields of Bhurjung Khola and walk across the field to the roadside in an hour. We drive to Gurkha Museum then to our hotel. We shall have lunch at the hotel and afternoon is free to explore lakeside, the most popular tourist hub in Nepal.

After breakfast we shall take a bus to Kathmandu. In the evening, free time for shopping around the Thamel. (If you want to fly to Kathmandu we can arrange the flight but the cost will be US$ 130 per person.)

After breakfast we depart from our hotel to visit 1) Swayambhu Stupa , known as monkey temple because of monkeys in abundance. 2) Patan visit includes Pim Bahal, Golden Temple, Kumbheswar (Pashupatinath in Patan), Banglamukhi ( consort of lord Shiva), Patan Durbar Square with incredible wood carvings of various temples and the palace and finally visit the living goddess 3) We then drive to Baudhanath the largest stupa in the world and have lunch in a roof top café. In the evening we shall have the farewell dinner enjoying authentic cuisine and cultural show.

Our representative shall accompany you to the airport for departure.
